Short update.

Masih releven kaini blog?
Ramai orang dah beralih arah ke Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and what so ever.
Rasanya blog dah x fofuler kot? Or masih lagi? Cuma saya saja yang Xtau?

Kita tak mungkin berjumpa lagi.

I just can't wait to get home, Next month. Cepatlahhh bulan 5!
I wanna go home and meet my baby, Ryan Ethan aka Isaac!!! And my other nieces and nephew too, for sure :)

Now,
Get back to the workout and healthy diet, again. Balik kampung nanti mesti mak bising2 sebab dah kurus. Hehe, harussss kuruskan badan sebelum balik. Surrrrlim murrrlimmmm (Slim).
Sebenarnyaaaa, me agak geram dengan orang-orang yang mau kurus tapi X berusaha untuk kejar apa yang diorang mau.Plisss la wei, kalau mau kurus kena usaha and disiplin yang kuat. Bukan sekadar minum teh yang bikin 'birak2'. Alamak. hahaha
Ramai kawan-kawan yang tanya saya cara untuk kuruskan badan. Bila saya bagitau, macam-macam alasan yang diorang bagi. Adoiyai.. Suka hati kamuranglah.


Ladies and gentleman : pegi laa jogging. Amalkan cara hidup yang sihat. hehe

Cukup. Sambung buat kerja.

Dear ladies, if you're serious about being sexy, slim, please make sure you do something. At least, something. Don't just sit down and eat your meal + chocolate or whatsoever. 
There's a lot articles about 'How To Lose Weight'. Just google it. Read it. Understand it. Then you will make it. :)
And yeah, don't forget to read about food intake too. 
Exercise + healthy diet. 
Slim OR Fatter.
